i don't know what Lorna is going on about but i do know that we are going to miss mark, why else would we dedicate a blog to him. i hope that he knows how much of an influence he had on us, for the good and the fun. i think that is why we are going to miss him, it was nice having him around. now we just have to settle for snail mail and email to get our fix. for now we are going to have to have our count down along with our postings, hopefully by now mark knows that we love him and that he is all we think about. okay, okay, not all that we think about, but every once in a while you will see us with this pathetic, nostalgic look on our faces and a tear in our eye as we say "i miss mark."

goodbye mark!!!
So that's it. The final goodbyes have been said, the kisses have been blown, and at this very moment Mark's plane is barely reaching elevation. the fun has been had, the rules have been broken and now the real waiting begins. I'd like to take this moment to remember the inspiration behind the inspiration for "waiting for Mark". Unfortunately, after crawling out of bed at 4 am, expression becomes a mixture of REM half-sleep and the angel food cake i had for breakfast, so the eloquence may dwindle (those of you who were there know what i'm talking about. you lazy slackers- you have no right to talk). But Mark, if you're hacking into the system yet (some habits are hard to break, i guess), know that you will be missed. It's been a great boatful of giggles and nonstop adventure these past few months- okay, let's remember that we live in "provo" and the term adventure is subject to colloquial interpretation. moshing in the street at 3 am and running from pe security IS adventure in provo, and if you think that's bad, wait til you get to MONTANA. well, i personally feel QUITE exhausted from all the adventure- or maybe that's just the one hour of sleep i got last night talking again.
whoa, deja vu- i feel the spirits telling me that sometime in the near future mark's eyes will be led to read these words dedicated in his honor.
well, as i may tend to be lengthy in expression, i will end this narrative simply with Mark, we wish you the best of luck, we know you'll do great things and touch and change people's lives. We believe in you, it will be worth it, keep writing and above all: remember, there are three girls in provo- waiting for mark.

this is our first blog, we miss mark and hope that the two years he's away from us goes by fast. though we didn't know him for very long he will be missed, enough to dedicate a blog site to him. is it better to leave or to be left behind? my personal thoughts are that it is easier to do the leaving. this being left behind stuff sucks.
